Case Managers

Case Managers work directly with residents to identify their needs, set personal goals, and develop individualized plans for greater stability. Through ongoing support and connections to housing, employment, benefits, healthcare, and other resources, they help residents take meaningful steps toward independence.

Safety Liaisons

Safety Liaisons help create a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment for residents. They assist with daily residential needs, conduct room checks, help maintain facility standards, and provide guidance and support throughout residents’ stay.

Kitchen Staff

Our Kitchen Staff play an essential role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Through meal preparation, food service, and daily kitchen operations, they help ensure that residents have access to nutritious meals in a welcoming environment.

Operations

The Operations team helps keep Center for Hope running smoothly each day. From coordinating facility operations and supporting staff to managing logistics and ensuring essential resources are available, Operations plays a critical role in creating an organized, effective environment where residents can receive the support they need.

Volunteers

Volunteers generously share their time, skills, and compassion to support Center for Hope and the people we serve. Whether assisting with special events, activities, donations, or other projects, volunteers help create meaningful experiences and strengthen our connection to the community.
