Shakeema Lewis
Assistant Director of Case Management - Tioga
Shakeema Lewis, the Assistant Director of Case Management at Center for Hope’s Tioga/Simpkin House, the agency’s 32-bed women’s facility. Along with overseeing compliance and the development and implementation of policies and protocols, Ms. Lewis is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the women’s facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of both staff and participants. Ms. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science and brings over 20 years of experience in the Human Service field. She has worked for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations serving numerous populations including at-risk youth and teens, those experiencing homelessness, individuals struggling with mental health and drug and alcohol addiction, and infant/toddlers. Ms. Lewis began her time at Center for Hope-Carlisle in 2019 as a Housing Case Manager where she was quickly promoted to Program Coordinator for the women’s facility. In 2022 Ms. Lewis began her tenure as Center for Hope-Tioga/Simpkins House Assistant Director.
