Tonya M. Mack, the Director of Operations at Center for Hope. Ms. Mack is responsible for organizational effectiveness by providing critical support for the organization’s core fiscal, operational and administrative functions. Ms. Mack oversees facilities management and operations, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting, and strategic fiscal planning. She also cultivates, manages and sustains all relationships with current and new lines of business, and serves as a liaison to funders, partners, and stakeholders. Ms. Mack has over twenty-five years of varied non-profit management and business experience.
